Hello, 

We have form https://form.jotform.me/70252924969466 where customer can order service. 

We need to create discount coupons to make different percentage discounts to customers.

We have create condition but it dont work( 

Can you assist us?

I cloned the form and made changes to condition and tested it.

Thanks a lot it works in this manner, but! We have three other conditions on form which dont allow it to work properly.

1. When you input number of passengers more than 5 it add some sum to total price 

2. When you checked Yes, I need round trip! it doubles the price

3 When VIP transfer is cheked it adds some amount to total price

What we need to happens is when total price is provided and person input promo code it must have effect on total sum and not only price of transfer.

Hope you understand what I mean.

If discount should be applied to total amount (Total Price in USD) then you should set discount calculation for that field. 

There can also be an issue because you are passing calculation to your (Total Price in USD) field and you are also performing calculation inside of that field.

What I would suggest you to do is to leave calculation that is set inside of your Form calculation field (Total Price in USD) and then to add one additional field to your form and set two calculation conditions for that field. 

1st condition to pass value from (Total Price in USD) to new field if coupon code is not equal to gt257133.

2nd condition to pass discounted calculation if coupon code is equal to gt257133.

The pass value from your new field to your payment field.
