Unable to display JotForm on Shopify Launch Theme

Hi,

My name is Priya Dubal. I am trying to use JotForms in my Shopify Launch theme. But the form does not get render over there. I have embeded the below code in my shopify page.

The same form works fine with other Shopify Themes like Debut.

Can you please help how can I make the JotForm work with Launch Theme.

Please remove your form's code. This time try with the Iframe code, but do not embed the script code that comes with it: 

1) Get a fresh Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code 

2) Before you embed the code, paste it in a text editor like WordPad, you will notice two part of codes, only copy and embed the Iframe part in your webpage, example:
