Why have all my changes disappeared?

I had finished editing my form a couple days ago and made sure it had saved but all my changes have now disappeared - CSS injection, title edit, two new fields. Where have all my changes gone?

Please check this with the form revision history section: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history. Your form changes may have been overridden after you open it today in the form builder. You should be able to see the working version in the revision section and revert to it. If not, let us know so we can investigate further.
