I could not get email a day or so ago. I contacted Jotform. They stated I was on a bounce list and fixed the issue.
Last night, I filled out multiple test forms. All went to my email smoothly. Today - NO email AGAIN?? I went to the forum. I checked if my email was on the bounce list again. It was not. I made a few updates in "emails" portion of my form. Still no luck. I need to fix this asap. I cannot use your services if my email keeps getting shut off. Please help fix this issue permanently.

I have checked your form and found you're sending the email based on a condition, the email address you're using there is not in our bounce list and as per the email logs I can see all emails are being sent successfully.
Do note that the email will be sent only if the condition is met, otherwise no email will be sent, currently the field related to the condition has two options:
I have submitted your form selecting the correct option and the email was triggered just fine, what I would suggest you is to check this guide that will help you to know why emails may not be sending: Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications
You may also ask your email provider to white-list our server domain list:
