I have created a form. I have the link, but how do I make the form editable for submission. If I put my link on my website, how can I make it so that when clients click on it, they can edit the form and submit it to me
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Enable or Disable a Form

When your users click on a link to your form, they'll be able to fill out the form and submit their response to you.
You can add a form into your website by following this guide:
https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code
Simply cope the iFrame embed codes, and paste them into your own website. Once you publish the changes, the form should load on your website, and users will be able to submit it from there.
Please try it out, and let us know whether you need further assistance.

When my users click on the link, the form comes up but there isn't an option to edit. Is there a customer service number available?

We do not offer phone support, but we'll gladly assist you right here through email.
Can you please let us know the URL of your form, so that we can check it out for you? Thank you.

This is a text format. The underlined areas are not fillable and I think this is what you mean. You have to use our text box field for the input areas. Input like the Name, Email, Address, Date, all of it.
Please check this guide to create your first form with Jotform: https://www.jotform.com/help/2-How-to-Create-Your-First-Web-Form.
Let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you! Last question I think... I have the forms on my website and they have been marked to be responsive. When I try to put information on my forms from my phone, the screen jumps back and forth and won't stay where I am typing . Is there something that I can do or need to do so that this doesn't happen?
The forms are here
