Show My Account Is Over The Limit

    Hello, 

    My form shows it is over the limit, but I have used only 105 out of 165 submissions.

    Thank you for letting us know, I see that you have used up only 105 submissions, out of 165 that is allowed for your account.

    I have just manually reactivated your account, and your forms should be working fine again.

    However, should you experience any further issues, please do let us know and we'll gladly forward it to our developers for closer inspection. Cheers!
