Conditional emails are not being received

    I have a form set up to send an email if the user selects a certain answer on our form -- WMU Get Started.  The emails are not being received.  Can you check to see if they are being sent correctly from the form?

    You have over 100 email conditions in the form. You mean all of them are not working? You have these email conditions working before, right? You are using a widget for the US States, I think this widget has stopped working for some reason causing the emails to fail. 

    Here's what you can do:

    1. Check your email history: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History. You should be able to see if the form emails have failed or have been sent. 

    Ask the recipient(s) to check their spam folder and mark emails related to Jotform as not spam. That should whitelist Jotform. 

    Ask the recipients to add noreply@jotform.com to their safe sender list since this is your sender email in the form.
