I recently updated one of my forms, & the portion of my order form I added does not come through any new jotform submission emails. When I log into my Jotform account, those fields have been selected & I can see the responses there, but they do not appear in my jotform email notification.

Emails work this way: Unless you edit the text you see on the Email wizard, it wil automatically update itself with the changes you made on the form builder.
If you edit the email once, a "dirty" flag is added. This mean, the email will not be updated automatically. From that point on you must edit the email and add fields yourself.
A quick solution is to delete the email and re-create it. Then, it will reset with the latest changes and it will update automatically when you change your form.
