My Submissions Aren't Showing Up

I can see an older submission on the integrated Google Sheet but the submission isn't showing up in JotForm. I need to download the PDF. Please help!

What is the form where the submission comes from? Do you have the submission? Perhaps, you might have deleted it from your submissions dashboard already. 

I didn't delete it but I am not the only one with access to the account. I just had to upgrade our account recently.

It was not clear if you meant that the other account that have access have deleted the submission. Please tell also your form URL that have this issue so we can check further.

That is the form. There are only 211 submissions but on my integrated Google Sheet there are closer to 400 responses. I need the PDF from two submissions that are not showing up anymore for some reason. I have confirmed that no one deleted the submissions. Thanks for your help! 

What are the dates of those submissions? Also, share the submission IDs that are shown in your spreadsheet.

Thank you for the submission details that you have provided, please allow us a bit of time to investigate this further to try to figure out what's going on here and we'll update you asap.

I've spent some time investigating this issue but, the results are inconclusive and not enough to suggest any sort of bug on our end here but, if it happens again please let us know immediately.

I've searched through your form you provided but, didn't find anything. I also downloaded an excel spreadsheet and searched through the submission id's for it but nothing was found there either.

I am under the impression the submission was accidentally deleted and if that's the case then unfortunately there's no way to restore it other than to re-enter the information from the google spreadsheet data you had on it to resubmit it back into your form.

This probably also explains why it was listed in your google spreadsheet and not the submissions or an excel export.
