Applications are no longer being sent to our email

    Hello. My company has an application that is used from your site embedded into our website, but we are not getting the emails anymore. Can you please help with this.

    The form looks to be setup correctly, the issue may be with the embedded form.  Try replacing your current embed code with your forms iFrame code:

    I have seen issues caused by plugin oEmbed forms that are remedied by switching to the iframe code.

    If that does not work, let us know and we will have another look.
