Could you please help me move some forms and reports?

I have three forms and one shared form under my  Ldiab account that I would like moved under the RVCGettingStarted Account, and one shared form:

The shared form is in the RVC folder and called Clone of Peer Mentor Contact Log

The other three forms are:

GSC Workshop Evaluation

Peer Mentor Contact Log

Peer Mentee Monthly Summary Log

I understand that you want to move the forms from Ldiab to RVCGettingStarted. I see that there are only 3 forms in Ldiab account. The forms in the folder RVC is being shared by the other account RVC which is having a paid subscription.

If you can provide us with the form IDs to be moved to your account we can proceed further. However, we also request to place the request from the form owner's account in order to move the forms to another account.
