    Hi,

I can't find any accounts under that IP address so I have no clue why it was suspended, probably there may be a phishing attempt with the form(s) under that IP address. Do you have any other accounts here in JotForm? May we also know if you can now access the site?

We'll wait for your reply. Thanks!

Are you still having problems accessing your account?  If so, can you go to http://www.whatismyip.com/ and tell us the IP address that appears there?

Also, can you try deleting/clearing your browser's cache?

    Thanks.

Thank you. By the way, Was this a misunderstanding which led to the ban of my ip address?

We don't have a clear answer for this. But it's most probably that your IP address was used by another user who got banned, with that banning, the IP address was included.  While now that you're using the IP address, you have been restricted from accessing your account.

While a request have been submitted for whitelisting of your IP address, can you try flushing and renewing your IP address from your modem (If you're using a dynamic IP address [no static IP assinged]).

    Thanks.

Hi, but unfortunately, if i flush and renew my IP, i would have to sign a new contract with my service provider due to the new policies. Is it possible for my to retain this IP address?

    Thanks.

    Thank You.

Is it that there are other people using my IP address to wreck havoc here?

    hi liyam,

Well ! by deleting browsers cache is a good idea . But, still ip Address conflict persists,  they need to change it by using ISP support right . after changing an ip address, the blacklisted candidate can view their ip address gets changed or not by using  Ip-details.com  .

Hello, sandhana. Just to share some thoughts on my response that you quoted:

There are instances that a browser's cache may be the one that still appears whenever visiting JotForm which would be why one is still greeted with a ban message.  In addition, we also get to see the IP addresses used by users and we also look it up to check if it's blocked, if I do not see anything in the filtered IP list, then there is probability that it has already been removed or the user is using a different IP, so I give the answer you quoted as my inquiry and recommendation as a response. :)
