For the Matrix Dynamique question the format that the data is displayed in a CSV report is very difficult. the Question shows up as one column of data, even if your question has more than one column (I realize that it is only one "question" but clearly multiple columns are created for a reason, so it would make sense to report them separately). Each field in the data set then has the title or each column and the response, then the title of the next column and the response, etc. We don't need the title...we put them there are know what they are, they really clutter up the data report.
Is there a way to improve data retrieval from this question type? Reporting each column separately would be fantastic. It will be very difficult to analyze user input data the way it is now...

Hello and thank you for contacting our Support.
I did some tests, and yes, you are correct the data is showing in one row even though it is with multiple rows and columns.
And that is due to how our fields are representing in CSV and Excel spreadsheet. Actually, all fields from your form are represented as one field in Excel and CSV, so that's why they are in one cell.
I'm afraid that it is difficult to edit how the data appears there.
I'll try to investigate more, but as far as I know CSV/Excel integration is as it is and not that editable.
But, again, let me check further and I'll get back to you with more information I hope.
