Our form does not open for some users.

    The jotform we created under tedxcpp@gmail.com username does not open for some users. A jotform error appears on our webpage where we have the jotform. I tried to,diagnose the issue by operating system, mobile vs desktop, and mac vs pc, but some users who cant access the jotform  have the exact same device as another who CAN open it. Maybe I could explain the issue clearly over the phone rather than a message. My cell is 661 714 1640. I would like to resolve this today. Thank you.

    Unfortunately, we are not offering telephone support at the moment. Please be noted that this support forum is our primary support. Your questions on this support forum shall be answered in a timely manner. 

    Since the form is being displayed for some users, the issue seems to be with the browser or the connection they are using or may be any anti-virus is blocking the JotForm website. 

    I have checked your JotForm web page now and see that the form is displaying normally at my end.

    I have also checked the web page on my mobile, and the form is being displayed normally at my end. As I check the screenshot provided, it looks like that you have used form embed plugin on your WordPress site. However, as I inspect the form embedded web page now, I see that it is now changed to default javascript embed which should be working fine.

    If you still have the form embed plugin active on the website, please disable the plugin to avoid any conflicts. If the issue still persists, please let us know. We will be happy to assist.
