Our form does not open for some users.

The jotform we created under tedxcpp@gmail.com username does not open for some users. A jotform error appears on our webpage where we have the jotform. I tried to,diagnose the issue by operating system, mobile vs desktop, and mac vs pc, but some users who cant access the jotform  have the exact same device as another who CAN open it. I would like to resolve this today. Thank you.
