How to accept credit card information?

Asked by shoretechservice on January 26, 2017 at 03:58 PM

I need to collect credit card information on my site. I had a system that worked but you guys blocked it from working. Please advise me what to do. My client wants a way to receive card numbers on the form and does not want to go through a third party

Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing.

If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder.

These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.

    Hope this information helps!

This happened to me as well.  It is very unfortunate that we are NOT able to do this and I would like to suggest/request that this be allowed.
