Change subscription

I have a bronze subscription at the moment but I'm not planning to use JotForm for most of this year.  Can I stop my bronze subscription until then and if I stop it, will I lose all the forms and submissions I have already?

Not in your case. On free plans you can have up to 500 submission total stored in your account. Currently you have 485 submissions. 

So, you will not lose your data. Let us know if you need more help.
