We understand that you would like to accept credit cards, but unfortunately due to other users who may use jotform to collect credit card information for nefarious purposes, we have decided to disallow the collection of credit card data using plain text fields. To protect our users and their clients from phishing attempts, we have also implemented a phishing detector to disable any forms that will try to collect them.
Even so, it is still possible to collect credit card information in jotform without charging users. You will need to use one of our available payment integrations such as Stripe, Paypal or Authorize.net. You can check out this guide on How to Enable Payment Authorization
Regards.
