Please explain to me why my terms and conditions on my registration form are not showing to my clients.

Do you mean the email your clients get when they fill out the form?
If so, then the terms and conditions will not appear because you have to manually add them to the email autoresponder.. via settings, go ahead and add in the text using the email editor as shown:
