Duplicate email notifications to same address

    I'm having an issue with receiving duplicate email notifications--for the same form submission--to only one email address. Sometimes it's minutes apart, sometimes hours, sometimes days. I've confirmed they are not entrant revisions to their submission. Can you help?

    I've checked our email logs, I cannot see any duplicate outgoing emails for the same submission - but that does not mean that you might not be getting duplicate notifications, just that you shouldn't. 

    I've cleared your form caches, so hopefully that resolves the issue - you could also try recreating the email notification. Let us know.

    Hi There Jotform!


    I'm having a similar issue with duplicate emails sent out? I do have various email notifications that are driven by conditions and also a 'send all' notification which sends all submissions to a few key people.


    However on some emails I get duplicates, would you be able to 'clear the form caches' please?
