I have created a new form and it does not auto send it to my email when someone completes it

    Is my email fcshaltz@sbcglobal.net on the bad list or something??

    When I go an edit the "Submit" button, it shows my email address correctly. 

    Can you help me out please.   Thank you.

    Your email address is not in our mail servers' bounce list. Are you having issues receiving email notifications from your JotForms?

    Have you looked for the missing notifications in your SPAM folder ?
