I am emailing in regards to an ongoing problem with people's emails being removed from form notifications. Although we are capable of fixing the problem ourselves via the bounce list in settings, email addresses are repeatedly being removed for some reason.
Is there any way you can prevent this from happening? The problem is occurring too often now, and it is effecting potential business as it is impossible to track who is and who isn't receiving downloads.

Can you please try to setup a SMTP to one of your email addresses and see if this will help fix the issue regarding emails being added to our bounce list?
