Registration form not submitting with PayPal option

Hello! I've created a registration form that includes a PayPal option for my clients. When testing the form, my client filled out the inquiry fields, selected the PayPal option she preferred, and pressed Submit. It took her to PayPal, which was great, but I never received the jotform she filled out with her registration information. Could you tell me what I'm missing? Thank you so much!

I've understood the situation. I am sure that you did not pay anything via PayPal after being redirected to PayPal page during the testing process. So, your test submission counts as an "Incomplete Payment". You are able to see this incomplete submission in your Incomplete Payments menu on the submissions page of your form as you can see the screenshot below:

If you had paid your subscriptions during the testing phase of your form, you would have received a notification email and you will see the submission in your submission page. Or, if you complete the payment manually in the incomplete payments page, you will receive a notification email regarding your payment is done and you will see the submission in your submission page.
