How do I create an anchor link within a form that will work?

Asked by JFedGMW on January 27, 2017 at 09:15 AM

I've seen this question before, but it seems that none of the suggestions work. I need to create an anchor link that will jump the user to various areas of my form, specifically to questions below sections labeled February, March, April, May, or June. Each of the months on the form have an anchor link, but these do not seem to work. Here's a link to my form:

https://form.jotform.com/JFedGMW/easy-jewish-family-fun-registration#apr (should jump to the heading April)

Here's a link to the page that users where I have links to the form. You'll see that the links take you to the top of the form, ignoring the anchor link.

You may have the link in a text field as shown below:

The April section can be set in a <div> tag with the same ID so that the anchor tag should be working fine.

As an alternative, you may separate each section with page breaks and use the page tabs widget so that the pages can be navigated easily.

Hope this information helps! Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.
