Hello,
We are looking for a way to create a 2 step form (for a car dealership website) that will capture the user's contact information before landing on a secure credit application. Once they land on the secure credit application, the information from the first form will populate the information on the credit application.Once the data is submitted, it will also need to be sent in True ADF 1.0 Formatted XML for CRM Leads. Here is a link to a document with more information about that format:
http://www.entmerch.org/programsinitiatives/the-ema-metadata-structure/autolead_data_format.pdf
Is this something that we can do with JotForm?
Thank you,
Larry Morales

Passing form values to another form is possible.
Here's how: https://www.jotform.com/help/351-How-to-Automatically-Pass-Form-Data-to-Another-Form
Unfortunately, we do not have the format you're looking for but you can format the form data in such way in your custom script through webhook or post data.

https://www.jotform.com/help/245-How-to-Setup-a-Webhook-with-JotForm
You can also download your form data to Excel or CSV and import them into your preferred CRM.

We also have integrations with different CRMs, the CRM you're using might be on the list http://apps.jotform.com/category/crm.
