I am not able to renew my subscription.

    We are a non-profit organization who have had an account for the past two years.  Apparently, our existing accounting expired on Jan 14, 2017 and when I try to renew it won't allow me to do so.

    Hello frabaevents,

    Upon checking, I found that your premium yearly subscription is already cancelled. That is the reason why you are not able to upgrade your account again. You will have to upgrade your account again. 

    It seems you have also applied for a non-profit discount. As soon as your application is approved, you will receive an email with a link to upgrade account. You need to click on the link which will give you discounted price.
