How do I "un-spam" my email address?

We use Jotform for our job application.  This week we have been experiencing a problem.  We were no longer receiving an email notification from Jotform to let us know that we have a new application submitted.  I was told that Jotform is recognizing the web address as spam.  I was told that sometimes this happens over time, it gets a glitch in it and then considers it spam.  We have temporarily changed the web address and it is working again, but we really need to switch it back to the original since this is a shared email that our department uses.  SO...is there a way to whitelist the email address so that it works again?  Is that something that I can do?  Or should be doing from time to time?  Or is it something that you can help me with?  Thanks, Geriann

I've un-spamed our email addresses over and over and it keeps happening. Luckily we have a webmerge that gets delivered so we know we aren't receiving the jotforms. Ugh!!!

I believe you are referring to this email address (hr@gsc-mn.org). As of right now, it is in the bounce list.

I have removed it from the list now. Here's a guide on How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List.

The bounce list is a feature wherein the email address will be added in the list if the emails coming from JotForm are being rejected by the email recipient. Our servers will try several times to deliver the messages for a given time-frame, but if the delivery constantly fails, it will be mark as "block/rejected". After that, the recipient address will be added in the bounce list.

One of the purpose of the bounce list is to determine if there are any errors in sending emails to the recipients. Here are some examples:
    1. It is being rejected because your mailbox is full.
    2. The email recipient is non-existent.
    3. It is also possible that the email address is incorrect.
    4. The email provider is blocking our emails.

I suggest you use your own SMTP server as the Sender Email if this issue keeps on happening. Here's a guide: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form.
