    Email 'Blacklisted' Message

    Hi,

    I have been a customer for 7/8 years continuously now and all of a sudden, every time I log into Jot Form, I get a message saying my e-mail has been 'Blacklisted'. I keep clicking the 'Remove' option to take my e-mail off the 'Blacklist' but then get the same message again the next time I log in. My email address is the same one I signed up with MANY years ago and has not changed. This is also causing extremely important Auto Responder and Notification emails set up on my forms to fail to both myself and another person.

    Help Please?

    If your address is continually being placed on our bounce list, it is likely your email provider is blocking emails regularly. 

    To prevent this from happening, you can send the notifications from your own address via SMTP:

    You could also try an alternative email service such as Gmail.  It is free and they tend not to filter emails.
