I have had a form that I have been using for around a year. It has 3 people getting email notification when it's submitted. The last couple weeks only 1 of the people are getting the emails.
Has something changed? Is there something I can do on my end to get this back the way it was.

I checked your email addresses and found that your mail servers rejected emails coming from JotForm. As a result, this landed your email to our bounce list to prevent further issues in relation to reputation of the JotForm domain
Reason(s) : smtp; 550 5.7.606 Access denied, banned sending IP
Reason(s) : smtp; 553 Your IP [18.104.22.168] is on one or more DNS
Can you try using the email sender firstname.lastname@example.org to see if this fixes the issue?
