Can you help me change payment options from paypal to a credit card? When trying to change payment options, it only routes me to paypal. I've cancelled automated payments for now.

Yes, I see you canceled your plan so you're now scheduled for downgrade which will happen on 27th of February.
Feel free to wait for 27th when your plan will be downgraded and payment information will disappear. Then you can input credit card information and continue with your Subscription.
Also, I understand you did this, but let me remind you, you should cancel this subscription on PayPal's side so it doesn't charge you at the end of subscription period.
