Could you please check if DOFFOO@bmrp.com is on the bounce list? When I checked, it said it wasn't.
I made a change to form https://form.jotform.com/scorrado/payer-overlap-request to send to this email address and they are not receiving them. I enabled the old rules for emails just to make sure they are still receiving their submissions until I get a resolution. I also have our IT department checking to see if the jot form email is being sent to junk mail. Thanks!

I checked the email address DOFFOO@bmrp.com and it is not in our bounce list. However, I checked your email history logs and I can see four email recipients landed in our bounce list. Here's the list:
I have now removed the email recipients from the bounce list. You should be receiving email notifications now.
