Export Data - Zip file is empty

Got email, and zip attachment. Size was about 4.4 Meg.  but shows empty. Tried a few times.

I have a free account with more forms than limit due to being grandfather'd in.

Any help would be appreciated. 

Could you try extracting the zip file using a compression software like WinZip or 7-zip? If you are using Mac, you may use iZip. Please let us know if the issue still persists. We will be happy to help further.
