My account is disabled and forms not appearing

    I have created space in my account for new submissions but my account is still disabled. How long until this is undated and I can receive new submissions?!

    Hello, the limit you reached is the 10 Payment Submission limit per month. You won't be able to retract this limit by deleting submissions.

    Your only options are:

    1. To either wait on the 1st day of the next month (all monthly limits reset on the 1st day)

    2. Or upgrade to any of our paid plans to lift the restriction and enjoy more Payment Submissions
