Infusionsoft itnegration tags is not working

    I use the CRM Infusionsoft. We had several forms integrated with Infusionsoft that were adding a tag to the contact when a response was clicked in the form. As far as I can tell this feature is no longer available. Therefore all the forms I had integrated are in various states of disarray. 

    1) please inform your clients in the future when you will be turning off a feature as we had business processes in place and did not realize the feature was discontinued. 

    2) Is this feature planned to be active again with the 4.0 release in February?

    The feature I am requesting is to have tags apply if certain conditions are met? 

    For example, if the user submits the response to a single choice, multiple choice or drop down menu such as "yes" they get tag X, if they answer the drop down "no" they get tag Y

    Jotforms did have an integration where the response would add a tag to the contact record in Infusionsoft, but it seems that feature has been disabled. 

    I am using Jotforms 4.0 and I can only apply tags when the user submits the entire survey. This is useless...if I can't apply a tag per response then I have no reason to continue using Jotforms, please let us know if you will bring this feature back when 4.0 officially releases in February.

    Do you mean to say that the tags are not working for the submissions received? I have checked the integration on my test form using v3 and v4 form builders and see that the tags are being displayed normally.

    Also, when I tried to send a test submission to the form, the contact in the Infusionsoft is displaying the tags as selected in the integration.

    We generally add new features to the product and don't remove any feature unless it is very less used by our users. Since the Tags feature is an important one with Infusionsoft integration, I believe that it won't be removed.

    If you are experiencing any issue with the integration, we request you to remove the integration once and try reintegrating again to see if that helps. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.
