Any Way To Use Different Tags Based On Conditions

The feature I am requesting is to have tags apply if certain conditions are met? 

For example, if the user submits the response to a single choice, multiple choice or drop down menu such as "yes" they get tag X, if they answer the drop down "no" they get tag Y

I am sending this thread as a feature request to our backend team for evaluation. We cannot guarantee that the feature will be implemented or cannot provide any ETA at the moment. However, if there is any update in this regard, you'll be posted here.
