We have been successfully using jotform for several years. After evaluating a response, we use the reply button to send a response back to the submitter. No problems. I recently added a sub user with permissions to read and edit responses but not edit the forms. However, when the sub user uses the respond feature, a captcha pops up. Problem.

I have checked on my end and I can see what you're referring, since the reply function is being used by a sub-user this may be showing due to security reasons; however, I will forward this to our developers as a feature request so we can know if it's possible to disable the captcha for sub-users when replying to submissions through the submissions page.
Do note that we cannot ensure this will be implemented or provide an ETA, but we will let you know as soon as we get updates regarding this.
