    Why can't I save my changes???

    I've been trying to save changes to my form for over an hour now.  I want to change the first 3 images on my form.  But NOTHING happens.  I've had this problem before. I was told to clear the cashe.  I did that, already.  I also checked my internet connection.  My internet connection is fine.  So what is the problem?  Please help.

    I have checked your form, and I see the image you currently have on the first page of your form is a JotForm logo:

    I have cloned your form into my account for testing, and the image seems to be updating successfully. Please simply click on the wand-shaped icon of your Image field to run the wizard, then click on the Remove Image link underneath the image:

    You will then be able to upload your own image, and it will replace your old image instantly:

    I have tested this functionality several times on the cloned version of your form, and everything seems to be working fine.

    If you are still having issues replacing the image, please first try using a different web browser, as there might be a browser setting or an ad-block preventing normal operation of the website for you.

    In case it keeps failing in the other browser as well, please send us the image you are trying to use so we can check it out on our end what might be going wrong for you with that image.
