Hi, I go to "my forms" page and I see forms that I've built. But I can't do anything. Nothing! Is it because I haven't paid? Am I using the wrong browser? I'm confused.

The form is editable. I think you are getting an error in the page. Please do check that in your browser console. Please check this guide for browser console:

I was able to get this to work. For some reason I couldn't access/edit my form on Firefox. I had success using Safari though.
I just want to say that JotForm is awesome! I just built a scholarship form for a non-profit. We'll see how it goes but building it was a breeze and it looks professional.

I gave it a try on Firefox on Yosemite, and it worked no problem.
Your's should work too, and we would like to help you resolve it.
When you have time, please respond with a screenshot showing the console errors on firefox as shown below:
