    I paid for membership but I see I don't have the premium plan yet. I paid for 6 months plan already!

    Sorry for this inconvenience.

    I have checked your account and realized that you have got a double subscription in December. 

    And your Bronze monthly subscription was canceled and refunded.

    About this cancellation, your account scheduled the downgrade on January 4. So, your account was downgraded on January 4. 

    I have manually upgraded your account to Bronze plan. Your current plan is Bronze and your next billing date is 10 December 2017 now. As you can see below a screenshot of your Billing page

    Am I given a compensation for downgrade?

    Unfortunately, there are no compensations can be made for the downgrade. I see that the Bronze monthly subscription which was canceled has been refunded with reference to the thread below:
