Hi, we enjoy JotForm very much. This is one of the best APP that I have ever had. As shown above, there is a case that I need to edit the customer name, telephone number, address and so on because of mistake. I know I can modify the error in JotForm by editing through view submission page. However, the THANK YOU note will be sent when I change any in the original data and submit it.

In fact, I don't like to bother customer with this small change like mistyping something like that. It would be appreciated that you would let me know if there is way to edit such error without notification.

Thank you in advance for your advice.

If you have the Send on Edit option enabled on your email notification, an email notification will get sent out as soon as you update your desired submission.

If you want to avoid sending the email notification, I would recommend that you temporarily edit your form's email notification by going to Emails > Edit:

On the Advanced tab, disable the Send on Edit option and save the form:

Once this is disabled, simply make the change on your submission:

When the update is made, re-enable the Send on Edit feature again so that you do not lose email notifications in the future, and you should be set.

Please try it out, and let us know whether there is anything else we can do to help. Thank you.
