    Google Spreadsheet: after re-integrating the spreadsheet is entirely screwed up. Wrong data, missing data and data in the wrong places.

    For some reason, the zip codes entered by people filling out the membership form is not appearing on the Google Spreadsheet. It always has until recently. Any ideas? Thanks

    I have cloned your form and integrated this form with Google Drive. I have sent a test submission to my form. Everything works properly on my side:

    Please re-integrate your form with Google Drive. Or, you can clone your form and re-integrate your form.

    Hello,
    I re-intigrated the form as you suggested and now the spreadsheet is
    entirely screwed up. Wrong data, missing data and data in the wrong places.
    Any suggestions?

    I cloned the form and integrated it with Google spread sheets and it still
    didn't work right. So, I rearranged the fields in the spreadsheet to
    coincide with the form and it seems to be working properly now. Still not
    sure why the old form and spread sheet worked properly for about 2 years and
    all of a sudden it screwed up.
