Our e-mail address: email@example.com keeps ending up on your bounce list, so that incoming emails end up as spam. What can we do about it?Page URL:

I checked your email address but it's not in our bounce list. I also see an email delivery log which shows that the email to your email address has been sent properly. There are also no incident or record showing that the email landed in our bounce list.
You can check your email delivery history on your account by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
If email alerts are coming to your spam folder, you can try adding the email sender address firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book on your email account. This can help your email account recognize that the email alerts are trusted. You can also set filters on your account to force emails coming from email@example.com to land to your inbox.
