My work order form works on a computer but fails on a mobile device. The date doesn't change, the capcha doesn't change from work order to work order. What needs to be adjusted?

I would be more than happy to take a look at this problem you're having with your form working on mobile devices.
After investigating this problem on my iPhone I was not able to replicate any problems.
Both the Date & Captcha fields are working and can be set differently.

I have now tested your form in an Android emulator device and found that it works fine, I'm able to change the dates and reload the captcha image as well.
