I was working along on some of my forms and all of the sudden my folders disapeared. I don't know if I accidently hit something or what. How do I get them back?

Please make sure that in My Forms, you select the Main tab on top -- this will show all your forms and folders.
The only reason a folder can disappear is if it was deleted. But when being deleted, it usually prompt/alert that ONLY the folder will be deleted and NOT the forms on it. This means that a folder for deletion will have an option not to delete.
Please inform us if further assistance is needed.

Are you refering to ColeCommunityChurch or davidwest account?
Your original post using ColeCumminityChurch -- I checked that account and found no folders in your My Forms.
But davidwest do have folders(facilities,Women's Ministry, CCBS)
Also, your recent reply does not have the screenshot you provided. Please use this as guide on how you can include screen capture on your reply/post (-How-to-insert-embed-a-screen-shot-a-k-a-screen-dump-into-a-post)

Yes, I already checked the ColeCommunityChurch account, and I found no folders on it.
The only time or means a folder can disappear is if it was deleted... Could it be that your folders on this account was deleted?
If you are the one who deleted them, it should have prompt/warn you prior to deletion. Did this happen on your end?
And as previously stated, only folders are deleted NOT the forms itself. So you should still have the forms.

Thanks for the update. Yes I had at least 10 folders with every form being in a folder. It's been like that for months. Then just before I sent the original email they all disappeared without any warning.

I have checked ColeCommunityChurch account , and I was able to see some forms in there, but no folders
Make sure you have the main menu selected on the bar
If you think you are still missing forms, let me know, so I can send a request to our 2nd level staff

Thanks for the response. I am not missing any forms it's just that all of my forms were in about 10 different folders and all of the folders have disappeared. I'm currious as to why the would all of the sudden dissapear.

I can relate to that. Please accept our apologies for this inconvenience, since it would take more work for you to re-organize them again into folders

same happened to me also at the moment. and it diddn't happen for the first time. in a year time it repeated maybe 5-6 times. every time i refoldered them but it's becoming harder and harder as the form numbers increase. is there a simple sollution for this.

Please accept my apologies on regards to the issues and inconveniences .We are running a new round of platform implementation and I am not sure if this might be related to it.

Hello I have just experienced the same problem. Quite annoyimng and i spent some time organisng them all.
I would do it all again but would rather not if the folders dissapear again. All my forms are still there its just the folders that have gone somewhere?
Is there a fix to this now?

As to what our team manager says, Please accept my apologies on regards to the issues and inconveniences.
This happen sometimes as I experience this too. If you have created your folders to our domain www.jotform.com and you navigate your forms to our www.jotform.me, switching back to www.jotform.com will bring your folders back being organize.
Above is just a workaround I can see, we will forward this to our developers.
