Why my cloned form is having the same embed code like the original?

    hello, i went to clone one of my forms and edited it so its a little different. but when i go to embed the two differnet forms on my website they have the same link .. and only one of them is showing up correctly . They preview just fine but when published the links are wrong. the SHARE link itself is different from the EMBED link as far as the number at the end ...

    im referring to SUBMIT YOUR SIZES PRACTICEWEAR WARMUPS form

    and SUBMIT YOUR SIZES BLING BASICS form . the embed code screenshot attached is applicable to BLING BASICS which as you can see the link number at the end is not the same as the URL provided (it should be ) .

    Embed code of two forms must be different since all forms have unique ID numbers.

    I checked your forms and SUBMIT YOUR SIZES PRACTICEWEAR WARMUPS have the ID 70097615275157. 

    SUBMIT YOUR SIZES BLING BASICS have the ID 70275100330136.

    So the embed codes will be different for the ID of the each form. The embed code you provided is from the form SUBMIT YOUR SIZES PRACTICEWEAR WARMUPS.
