Payment options

hey there I used your services for my personal training business, I was wondering if there anyway I can mix subscriptions with one-time payments. I'm trying to set up monthly payments and also one time 6 months payment. 

You can have one-time payment and monthly payments in the payment wizard. Please refer to this user guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/376-How-to-Have-a-Recurring-Custom-Donation-Payment-Form.

You may also try creating 2 payment forms and embed them into 1 form. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/182-How-to-Create-a-Basic-Multiple-Payment-form.

Please take note that you can only have 1 payment integration on each form.
