How can I cancel my account

The site builder with hosting I have doesn't have embedding capabilities. So this account is not of use to me. 

I hope you don't mind us asking which website builder are you referring to. Maybe we can check for any available solution or workaround for you. Or, you can also provide or describe us the issue(s) you're having maybe we can give you suggestions or recommendations if possible.

A website builder that has the ability to add custom HTML, will be able to embed our forms in it.

Or, in any case, the website builder you are using really does not allow our forms to be embedded, maybe we can create a method on how to embed or include forms to that website builder in the future.

However, if you are firmly decided to cancel, please let us know so we may help you do so.
