How to integrate form with SalesForce custom object list?

Has anybody has success integrating your app directly with a Salesforce object- other than leads?

Unfortunately it is currently not possible to integrate your form with Salesforce to send submissions to custom object list. If you create a custom object list in your SalesForce account, it does not get listed in JotForm integration wizard to map the fields.
