Why conditions are not working in my form?

hello, good day. I have trouble with the condition statement in my form because I have a yes or no question and if he/she selects from either of the two, the form will hide specific questions in my form so they dont have to answer not needed questions for my survey but the condition is not working when I choose yes or no the questions are still there and didnt hide. is there an alternative to this? I really need this and fast.

This is because you're hiding the fields when the selection is made, doing the conditions like this will show all the fields by default and will wait for the input to trigger the condition. 

What I would suggest you is to invert the conditions in your form, instead of hiding the fields you should show them, this way the fields will keep hidden and will be shown when the condition is triggered.
