    Import App: Submission data importing only date and IP address

    Has the problem with blank submissions importing to EU servers been resolved. I have tried an import but am only getting data for the submission date and IP address, all other fields are blank.

    I have checked your form submissions and they are displaying normally at my end. It seems that you opted to use EU servers in the Data section of your account settings. Please try logging out and login again so that you'll be redirected to https://eu.jotform.com/ and the submission data should also be displayed normally. You may also try logging directly to https://eu.jotform.com/.

    Yes, for direct submissions they display normally. If I try to import it shows as successful but all fields in the imported record are blank apart from submission (ie import) date and IP address. I read a couple of support threads that said there were problems with importing to data held on EU servers and wondered if this was the reason.

    Are you referring to importing submission data to CSV/XLS file to the form using the Import Data app? If so, I see that the issue was already raised some time ago and the issue was already resolved. Please refer to the thread below:


    Are you experiencing the issue again or referring to something different. Please let us know so that we can we can further investigate the issue.

    No, 842990 was a completely different problem and worked afterwards, this, as per above, is fields showing as successfully imported via the Import Data App but are blank apart from the submission date and IP.

    Hello terrywells,

    If I understand your issue correctly, you mean to say that you have used "Import Data App" to import submissions in your form. The submission which were imported is not being displayed apart form the date and IP address. Is that correct?

    With which form you are having this issue with?

    I did check your last edited form "Sightings - old 2" and it seems to display all the 19 submissions. Please check the screenshot below:


    I would suggest you to please let us know the form which is not displaying the submission data and we will take a look.

    Yes, but if you look at the submission date those are all old data. I have just imported one record as a test so please take a look at the same form.

    I can confirm that you have a submission with no valuable data. Also I can't use import app on my side. Hence I am escalating the issue to our developers. We will notify you about the progress.
